Payment Policy
- Contact us an let us know your reservation requirements
- You will be presented an Booking Sheet with reservation detail and all estimated costs
- 100% Payment due at time of booking reservation
- 75% Refund if cancelled more than 7 days before reservation date
- 50% Refund if cancelled 4 to 7 days before reservation date
- 25% Refund if cancelled 2 - 3 days of departure
- No Refund if cancelled day of departure
- Upon completion of Rental or Charter, actual costs will be determined and any addtional cost will be charged or overcharges wtill be refunded to the credit card
- If there is inclement weather, we will attempt to reschedule the booking within 2 days, if unable, 75% Refund
