Rental - You Drive
Siracusa by Boat is unique in that we provide both boat rentals and complete charters. If you prefer to experience the Sicilian coast driving the boat yourself, we will rent you a boat that you are comfortable operating and completely prepare you for the trip tailored to your desires. Our self-driven rental boats are a maximum of 6 meters (19.7 feet) and 40 horsepower. We offer food and drink to order and limited water activities on our rental excursions.
Our rental service is available for half-day or full-day periods, allowing you to choose the duration that best suits your plans.
Half-Day Rental
Ideal for those who want to enjoy a few hours of relaxation on the sea. Visit some of the most beautiful places on the near Siracusa or take a short family excursion. You will be minutes away from the walls of Ortigia and be able to swim in the caves of Plemmirio, which are only accessible by sea. Enjoy swimming freely and snorkeling while admiring the beauty of the coral-lined seabed flush with colorful sea life.
Full-Day Rental
Perfect for those who want a more in-depth experience, exploring more remote bays, hidden beaches and enjoying a full day of sun and sea. Calmly relax in the beautiful coves and beaches of our coast while also exploring the southernmost part of Sicily and everything in between. Immerse yourself in Sicilian history and culture while walking through Marzamemi or Portopalo.
Charter - Professional Captain
For larger parties that require a larger boat or if you simply want to leave the driving to us, you can trust your excursion to one of our local expert Captains. The Captain will have intimate knowledge of the waters of Siracusa to ensure an interesting and enjoyable trip. This is the ultimate way to enjoy crystal-clear waters of southeastern Sicily. You will admire spectacular volcanic cliffs, hidden sea caves and quiet bays while exploring historic sites such as the ancient city of Siracusa and neighboring picturesque fishing villages.
